Refund Policy
If for any reason you wish to cancel or return, you must let me know in writing (email is fine) within 14days of order, or within 14days of receiving your item/s.- Refunds will be paid within 14days, once the items have been received back to me.
** -If it is deemed you handled the item/s more than necessary thereby reducing the value of the item/s, the cost of this will be deducted from your refund amount. ****-You are liable for the return postage fees, unless you received a faulty item, so its advisable you also return by signed tor post to ensure I receive it back so your refund can be processed *- Refundable amount will be the total you paid for the item/s in question.
