Any unworn resaleable item purchased may be refunded providing that you request this within 14 days from the date on the dispatch note email. Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item for a refund unless the reason for the return was damage, unfit for use or not as described. Our policy lasts 14 days. The purchased item you wish to return must be received by us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card originally used. Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to complete.
In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt you obtained from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.
