I do accept cancellations within 24hrs of ordering and the item has not been posted. I accept returns as long as the item has not been damaged or used and is return in original packaging where possible. Buyer is responsible for the returns postage, unless the item is faulty. If you have had an item pesonalised, or it is a bespoke order for something made to measure you, returns are excluded. Please make sure details are correct at the time of ordering.
