Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken. Return postage is payable by customer. Full payment for Commissions is required prior to beginning the commission. 50% of that payment is a non refundable deposit. Once the design has been agreed, a partial refund may be issued, (refund will be minus 50% deposit + material costs). Once commission is completed no refund is possible because it is a bespoke item.
