These irregular stone stud earrings are one of a kind.
Set on surgical steel studs making the earrings hypoallergenic.
The pairs are carefully selected to be similar, but no two stones are identical. Stones vary in size, but average around 1cm dia and are lightweight. Each stone is backed so it can sit comfortably and safely on your ear.
Each set comes sterilised, backed on card and placed in a recyclable plastic pouch for hygiene.

Processing time:
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies, but as a rule, is 3-5 days. For details, see individual items.
Estimated delivery times:
United Kingdom: 3-10 business days. I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.
If the item you have purchased is urgent, please contact us in advance of the order.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I cannot accept any responsibility for delays due to customs.
Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as soaps, bath bombs, etc cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Items such as earrings are only returnable and refunded at the discretion of Haedni. Finally, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for bespoke items, except in exceptional circumstances which Haedni reserves the right to determine.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
