Items are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked and SignedThe large storage boxes are shipped with Hermes.Currently, we are posting once a week due to the pandemic, so please be patient with us. Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds for custom or personalised orders or used candles or wax melts.If exchanging or returning an item, a refund will be issued upon receipt of the item, the buyer is responsible for return postage.
