‘If you died and became a ghost – what would your ghost do?’ Join me on the journey and maybe we can find out together.
This question led to The Ghost Project. At the time my mother was suffering from (what turned out to be) terminal cancer and as her only child I became her primary support. In order to cope I turned to my camera and started to create images about how I felt and my spiritual journey. I felt like a ghost, so that’s what I created initially although these images were eventually joined by others.
The Ghost images are created ‘in camera’ meaning the ‘effects’ are created by how the image is shot and not in photoshop. Some art is designed to shock and if that’s your thing then great, but I prefer something more gentle. Art that speaks quietly rather than shouting at you. That whispers even.
