Shipping Policy
We aim to process orders within 1-3 business days . The time needed to process custom orders is variable , and will be advised when you place an order . Normally we ship by Royal Mail .
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
To return or exchange an item , you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and ship the items back to us within 30 days of delivery . Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs . If items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value . We do not accept cancellations on custom or personalised orders , nor can they be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective .
