Haematite, Quartz and Tibetan Silver Elasticated Bracelet with Pentacle Pendant.

For this Bracelet I have used 2cm x 8mm Haematite Tube Beads, 1cm Quartz Nugget Beads and 12mm Tibetan Silver Celtic Design Spacer Beads. The Silver Plated Pentacle measures 2 x 2cms.

The Bracelet will fit a 7-8 inch wrist but I can make it larger or smaller for no extra cost.

Haematite is the strongest Crystal for Grounding. It literally roots one to the earth, It harmonizes the mind, body and spirit. It will help build self esteem and willpower. It has been used to treat anxiety and insomnia. Because of its strength it should never be worn continuously.
