Shipping Policy
We aim to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order, as we are in a rural location, items will usually ship the day after the order is placed providing orders are received before 4pm. We do not ship weekends or bank holidays, any order placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. Normal shipping is via Royal Mail Tracked 48. We reserve the right to ship items by any other service at our own discretion.
Refund Policy
If you wish to return the item for any reason please advise us within 14 days of receipt. Once you have returned the irem to Pagan Art in a saleable condition, we will process your refund. If your item is received damaged, please provide a picture(s) of the damaged item and also its outer packaging. Please also let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund. *

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you wish to cancel please notify us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped or we are unable to cancel shipping with the courier, you will need to return the item within 14 days or receipt. If you wish to return an item or exchange it for something else please do so within 14 days of receipt. Any item returned must be in an unmarked and saleable condition and in its original packaging.
We can not accept returns for sealed items such as Tarot cards which have been opened.
