Sterling Silver Genuine Turquoise Nugget Bracelet. Helps with Stress and Anxiety.

For Beautiful Bracelet I have used Sterling Silver and Genuine Turquoise Nuggets.
The Nuggets measure approx. 10 x 10mm.
The Sterling Silver Spacer beads are 4mm. The 1 inch extension chain and all other findings are Sterling Silver Hallmarked.
The Bracelet will fit a 7 inch wrist plus it has the 1 inch extension chain.

Turquoise Beads have been found as far back as 5000 B.C.
Excellent for communication especially good if you are very shy, a teacher or just someone who has to speak a lot in public.
A very grounding and balancing Crystal, helping to relieve stress and anxiety.
Particularly enhances emotional balance to keep one on an even keel.
