Shipping Policy
Products are shipped within 3 working days of receiving the order. If a product has become unavailable between the time the order has been placed and filled, we will contact you to offer you an alternative, longer fulfilment time (product made to order) or a refund.
Refund Policy
Once a product has been dispatched no refund can be given.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If an order is cancelled before it has been dispatched a full refund will be given. Unfortunately, once the order has been filled and dispatched no refund is available.
