Shipping Policy
At the moment, as we are just setting up our shop, we are only providing deliveries to the UK. With FREE postage.
We ship physical goods within the UK via The Royal Mail (Either 1st Class, or Special (Signed For) 1 Day Delivery - orders MUST be placed before 11am in order to be posted the following day).
Orders are generally shipped within 4-5 working days (exceptions are: made to order items and bespoke items, in which case you would be advised of the shipping date), unless an item is out of stock or we are away (there would be a notice on the website when we are on holiday).
If you are an International purchaser, drop us a line, we can arrange something for you, until such time that we can do that here on this platform :)
Refund Policy
Cancellation of an order must be within 14 days of payment. Please note that once an order has been dispatched it cannot be changed.

Returns must be made within 30 days (customer pays postage) in order to receive a refund. Items must be unused.
Once received, a refund will be processed. How long it takes to process depends on the method and destination of the refund - up to 14 working days for some providers.
