Refund Policy
Item must be returned undamaged and in original packaging within 28 days. If the reason for refund is a damaged item, a photo must be provided.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Deposits paid for custom items cannot be refunded. All items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of receipt unless it is personalised.
