Shipping Policy

Shipment and fullfillment policy​: All items are dispatched by Beancreatedbyme within the dispatch time set for each item and after receiving cleared payment. Your Item/s will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Signed for postage We will email you with your tracking information when your order has been dispatched. Beancreatedbyme will retain proof of postage and Beancreatedbyme are not responsible for delays during transit.​For UK Orders Please allow 14 days from date of dispatch and if your item does not arrive please refer to your tracking information, if you cannot trace your item using the tracking info then please contact us stating your name, order number and contact details. In this case we will attempt to contact the carrier and track your order and if the issue cannot be resolved a refund of your order will be initiated 21 days from original date of dispatch.​For International Orders Please allow 28 days from date of dispatch and if you have not received your order contact us stating your name, order number and contact details and we will attempt to contact the carrier to track your item, if the order is still not received 35 days from date of dispatch we will refund your order.​If in the unlikely case we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you to discuss alternative options or to arrange a refund if we cannot offer a suitable alternative.​

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued for items damaged on arrival. Details of the damage and photographic evidence of damage to the item and packaging should be obtained and sent within 48 hours of your order being marked as delivered by the courier in order for us to process you refund request. If an item is marked as delivered to your address but you did not receive it, it is the customers responsibility to contact Royal Mail with tracking information and file a claim with the carrier for a lost parcel. All our items are sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class signed for postage.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns and refund policy For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and intact packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage of items where the customer has changed their mind, if the item is received damaged, after receiving details/photgraphic evidence of damage to packaging and item (within 48 hours of marked delivery) Beancreatedbyme will be responsible for the return postage of the item/s. In addition, PLEASE NOTE the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Earrings/piercing items that have been removed from packaging and/or worn, items that have been identified as damaged by customer misuse and products that you received more than 30 days prior.
