Shipping Policy
I generally use Royal mail 1st class recorded for deliveries. This means you will need to sign for your parcel.
On the odd occassion I will use an alternate supplier if the cost is too high or there is more industrial action.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be made once an item has been received. Buyer is responsible for the returns postage.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
I do accept cancellations within 24hrs of ordering and the item has not been posted.
I accept returns as long as the item has not been damaged or used and is return in original packaging where possible. Buyer is responsible for the returns postage, unless the item is faulty.
If you have had an item pesonalised, or it is a bespoke order for something made to measure you, returns are excluded. Please make sure details are correct at the time of ordering.
