Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch purchases within either 2 or 5 working days, depending on the items ordered.
Pieces featuring polymer clay, pyrography, painting or felting take a lot more time, care and energy to craft and as such are posted within 5 working days; all other items should be sent out within 2.
Orders with items with both timescales will be dispatched within 5 working days.
Refund Policy
All refunds will be via the original payment method and may take around 3-5 working days to arrive.
For orders cancelled after dispatch, refunds will not be issued until the item(s) have been returned and received.
Refunds are generally actioned within 3 working days of an order being cancelled, and where appropriate, items received back.
For items not returned in the new condition they were sent out, a deduction may be applied to the refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders can be cancelled up to 14 of receiving your item(s).
If your order has already been dispatched it must be returned for a refund.
All items must be returned in the same condition that they were received.
We would recommend returning items via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.
Buyer is responsible for return costs, except where items are proven to be faulty.
