Shipping Policy

All items are sent by tracked mail. Normal shipping is sent through Royal Mail. Royal mails policies will be followed for shipping.

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The return must be received by Spratt Designs in within 28 of receipt. Spratt Designs reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the value of the returned item. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced because of you handling the goods more than was necessary (the extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop). Spratt Designs will refund within 14 days of receipt of the item(s), this will include an outbound delivery charge the customer was charged. Reimbursement will be by the same payment method as the original transaction. Return postage will be the responsibility of the consumer; In order to complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase receipt will be required.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

I accept returns and exchanges Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalised orders Perishable products (like food or flowers) Digital downloads Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) Items on sale Returns and exchange details When you buy from a seller such as me you are protected by consumer law. These include the right to claim a refund/repair/replacement this is from the Sale of Goods Act 1979 this is for where the goods are faulty or not as described. You can make a cancellation for orders apart from ones with personalised details incorporated within the creation. Cancellation of any order of ready-made items MUST be made within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting Spratt Designs or you will NOT be able to be refunded. You are entitled to a cooling off period of 14 days after receiving your order from the day after receiving it. This cooling off period excludes bespoke/customised goods. Personalised/custom/bespoke creations are excluded from refunds unless they are faulty. The customer is responsible for making sure that spelling and details are correct at the time of order, any re-work because of incorrect information will incur a charge. For returns or exchanges please contact Spratt Designs within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging as sold to you within 30days of receipt. If your item(s) arrives faulty, you must notify Spratt Designs within 3 days of receipt (including photographs of the damaged item and the damaged packaging) with your intention to return the item(s) Items are only replaced once the faulty item has been received back at Spratt Designs, Spratt Designs will refund the cost of standard postage back to the address Spratt Designs has specified, please obtain a receipt of proof of postage when returning the item(s).
