Shipping Policy

Orders are despatched upon receipt of payment through the website, or once funds have cleared if paying by BAC's. We aim to process all weekday orders within 24 hours of ordering, and weekend orders on the following Monday. ​ Please ensure that the address and contact details you provide are accurate, we do not accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to incorrect customer details. We do not accept liability for goods damaged in transit. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agents.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We hope you are pleased with your purchases, however if you are not happy with any items in your order, we can offer an exchange or refund on any item that is returned to us within 7 days. The beauty of natural ingredients means that each batch varies from the last so you may receive a soap that looks slightly different from the website photos, this is purely down to the nature of nature and needs to be considered when ordering as returns will not be offered on these grounds. All items must be returned in unopened, saleable condition (unless faulty or damaged in transit) and once received by us a refund will be issued. Please note we recommend obtaining proof of postage or using a tracked service as without this we are unable to issue a refud if the items do not reach us. Postage is non-refundable. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product which has been opened or used. If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please email us within 3 working days with a photograph of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
