- All prices stayed include signed for 2nd class post
- Items are posted within 1-3 business days
- After postage, your order should arrive within approx 2-4 business days. Please allow for delays caused by bank holidays, seasonal holidays and any other postal delays out of my control
Refund Policy
If for any reason you wish to cancel or return, you must let me know in writing (email is fine) within 14days of order, or within 14days of receiving your item/s.
- Refunds will be paid within 14days, once the items have been received back to me.
** -If it is deemed you handled the item/s more than necessary thereby reducing the value of the item/s, the cost of this will be deducted from your refund amount. **

**-You are liable for the return postage fees, unless you received a faulty item, so its advisable you also return by signed tor post to ensure I receive it back so your refund can be processed *

CUSTOM/PERSONALISED ORDERS;
-Advance payment is required for any custom order, before your items are made.
-If you wish to cancel your custom order, you will be given a full refund - HOWEVER once any actual painting work has commenced for custom orders, refunds are not available or given.
